Prior to joining Cafe2U in 2011, Karen worked in hospitality, management and recruitment.
She works closely with our franchise partners as a launch coach and business development manager in her role as business support manager.
Karen is responsible for the onboarding process for new franchise partners, taking them through their preparation for training and launch.
